Technicote has appointed Patrick Goss to the position of national sales director. In this role, Goss will be responsible for leading the company’s highly-experienced North American field sales organization. He will also sit on the Technicote executive team, collaborating with marketing, operations, supply chain and innovation. Goss has spent 18 years in the pressure sensitive materials industry, having served on the roll material business unit leadership teams of both Avery Dennison North America and UPM Raflatac Americas. For Avery Dennison, he ran the Fasson specialty materials business in Cramlington, England and led their North American Prime Paper product line. For Raflatac Americas, he oversaw the Specials, VIP and Prime business teams, research and development department, and technical support services department. “It is a privilege to join Technicote to lead the sales organization, a company for whom customer focus has been a hallmark for over 40 years,” says Goss. “This leadership team is passionate about building upon that tradition, and I am very much looking forward to working once again with the customers in our industry to help them be successful.” Goss will be another step forward in re-establishing Technicote as one of the market leaders as Technicote builds on 2018 successes and growth, the company says. “In 2018, we made changes and took strides forward by getting back to what Technicote does best – focusing on and providing technical solutions for customers and in many cases those that are most challenging. With Pat aboard, we are primed to take our solutions to yet another level – 1+1 equals 3 certainly applies with Pat,” says Frank Gavrilos, Technicote president. Goss will reside at his home office in Asheville, NC, USA, where he enjoys his family of five and is an avid fly-fisherman and baseball fan. Goss holds his degree from the University of Akron.
